I have just recieved a letter of complaint from a patient regarding the care I provided. Should I respond? If so, do I write them a letter or call them?

Each patient complaint is very different from the next as is the response. It is advised that you consult with the Medical Mutual Risk Managemtn Department to discuss the particulars of the complaint and to develop a plan of action.
