Medical Mutual has developed a number of short in-service education seminars designed around specific topics related to the office practice, hospitals and long term care. The complimentary seminars can be conducted right in your facility so that all who attend get the necessary detail to execute best practices in the area covered.

Defensible Documentation - This is a 1-hour presentation focused on recommended documentation practices. Target audience: clinical staff
Incident Reporting Process - This is a 1 hour presentation describing the value of incident reporting. The presentation includes a review of the steps to take immediately following an incident and the proper completion of the report. Target audience: clinical staff.
Medication Error Prevention - This is a 1-hour presentation focused on problems encountered in the medication use process. Practical tips are offered. Target audience: Any individual who participated in the medication use process.
Elopement – This is a 1-hour presentation that focuses on identification of residents that are at increased risk of elopement and recommendations for prevention. Target audience: all personnel involved with resident care and resident safety.
