Medical Mutual has developed a number of short in-service education seminars designed around specific topics related to the office practice, hospitals and long term care. The complimentary seminars can be conducted right in your facility so that all who attend get the necessary detail to execute best practices in the area covered.

Defensible Documentation - This is a 1-hour presentation focused on recommended documentation practices. Target audience: clinical staff, physicians.
Telephone Triage - A 1-hour presentation discussing the development of a telephone triage system, focusing on actions to reduce risk. Target audience: clinical and office staff.
Reducing Risk in the Office Setting - A 1-2 hour presentation focusing on office practice systems, including diagnostic test tracking, telephone triage, telephone management, appointment scheduling, documentation, environmental safety, etc. Target audience: clinical and office staff, physicians.
Confidentiality in the Office Practice - A 1-hour presentation on risk management theory as it relates to maintaining confidentiality in this setting. Target audience: clinical and office staff, physicians.
