Choose Your Medical Mutual Board Representation with Online Voting
As a Medical Mutual policyholder, you
can vote online in the upcoming election
for the Company Board of Directors.
All votes must be cast by
Wednesday April 14, 2010. Or you
can fill out and mail your proxy, which
was sent to you in early March. The
Annual Meeting of Members will be
held on Wednesday May 5, 2010.
A quorum of proxies must be
attained to complete the election
process. To vote online, you will need
your ID Code as printed on your
proxy card beneath the bar code. Just
visit www.medicalmutual.com, click
on the proxy link and follow the
prompts. It’s very quick and very simple,
so review the candidates now and
cast your vote today.
