Choose Your Medical Mutual Board Representation with Online Voting
As a Medical Mutual policyholder, you can
vote online in the upcoming election for
the Company Board of Directors. All votes
must be cast in advance of the Annual
meeting of Members on Wednesday,
May 7, 2008. However, we strongly
encourage you to vote immediately upon
receipt of your proxy form, which will be
mailed to you in March. You may either
fill out and mail the form or vote online.
A quorum of proxies must be attained
to complete the election process. To vote
online, you will need your ID Code as
printed on your proxy form beneath
the bar code. It’s very quick and very
simple, so review the candidates now and
watch your mail to cast your vote when
you receive your proxy form.
